This refund policy applies to purchases of Kayllo Control™ products and services.

Refund window

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only within the 14-day window from the original purchase date.

After the refund window

After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

Subscription renewals

Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal.
